In New FCPA Opinion Release, Lawyer's Assistance to Foreign Official's Daughter Passes Muster

In its first Foreign Corrupt Practices Act opinion procedure release in more than a year, the DOJ says it will not take action against a lawyer who wishes to pay the medical expenses of the daughter of a foreign official.
