Haiti Teleco Appellants Challenge U.S. to Explain Bellerive Statements

Convicted defendants in the Haiti Teleco foreign bribery case on Thursday continued their broad-based challenge to the U.S. government's definition of what constitutes an arm of a foreign government where officials may not be bribed under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
