Government Files Opposition Brief to Sigelman Motion for Mistrial

Arguing that disputed testimony in the foreign-bribery and kickbacks trial in Camden, N.J., was properly introduced, the government said it had abided by the judge's earlier order about what statements from former PetroTiger general counsel Gregory Weisman would and would not be admissible before the jury.
