Gibson Dunn withdraws as Och-Ziff counsel

Och-Ziff Capital Management has agreed to part ways with its defence lawyers at Gibson Dunn, according to a court filing. The motion to withdraw as counsel came within weeks of a damaging ruling that could see the hedge fund pay far more as a result of its FCPA violations than it had anticipated.
