Fraud Sentencing Guidelines Need Revamping, ABA Task Force Says

In its first comprehensive review in over a decade, the U.S. Sentencing Commission is considering softening the guidelines, including changes in loss calculations that could directly affect the amount of criminal fines paid by corporations.
