Former Shell Manager Named in FCPA Report to DOJ Can Sue for Defamation, Texas Court Rules

Robert Writt may sue Shell for allegedly defaming him in a report to the Justice Department on bribery in Nigeria, a Texas appeals court found. But he will still have to prove his claim.
