Former Innospec Executive, Agent Settle Bribery Charges in Oil-for-Food Probe

Innospec's former business director, David Turner, faced charges that he violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by directing more than $9.2 million in bribes to Iraqi officials. Innospec’s agent in Iraq, Ousama Naaman, allegedly arranged the payments.
