An FCPA for Google and the Internet?

The Google v. China flap continues unabated. Amid the din, US lawmakers want to rekindle support for the the Global Online Freedom Act (GOFA), a law left for dead in 2006 that would make it more difficult for US-based information technology firms to work in countries that prohibit the expression of political and religious views online.
