FCPA chiefs attempt to address “strange little privilege problem”
The head of the US Department of Justice’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit said on 1 December that outside counsel may be able to avoid a privilege dilemma by bringing someone who is not a lawyer, such as a private investigator, along to internal interviews.
