Faro Technologies Inc. - Summary of Law Enforcement Action

In recognition of Faro's voluntary disclosure, its cooperation and agreement to engage an independent corporate monitor, the Justice Department agreed to enter into a two-year non-prosecution agreement. As part of this agreement, Faro agreed to pay a criminal fine of $1.1 million.
