Ex-Technip consultant who helped DOJ prosecute two companies sentenced to probation

Zwi Skornicki, who has already served prison time in Brazil, was sentenced in the US to a year-and-a-half of probation over the same conduct after providing “very important evidence” that helped the DOJ bring related cases against two companies.
