Ex-Jersey Judge Assesses Attorney Fees in J&J Settlement

The company agreed in July to make compliance changes and pay attorneys' fees after shareholders accused board members of failing to put adequate controls in place to prevent shoddy manufacturing processes, off-label marketing, sales of defective products sales and bribery in Europe and Iraq.
