Ex-Guinean minister loses FBI statements battle, but vows to fight case at trial
A Manhattan federal judge denied on 10 April a motion by former Guinean minister for mines Mahmoud Thiam to suppress statements he made to the FBI after his December 2016 arrest for money laundering.
