Ex-Braskem CEO hits back against DOJ charges

Lawyers for Braskem’s former CEO, who is charged with bribing Brazilian officials, attacked the DOJ’s prosecution of their client. “Why him? Why now? Why here? The answers to those questions escape us,” they wrote.
