Embraer in Discussions with Justice Department to Resolve FCPA Allegations

In September, Brazilian law enforcers charged eight employees of the Brazilian aircraft maker with participating in an alleged scheme to bribe officials in the Dominican Republic, according to sealed allegations reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. The U.S. and Brazil are cooperating closely on the probe.
