DOJ says Macao billionaire is trying to rewrite bribery laws

Macao billionaire Ng Lap Seng has gone too far in appealing his bribery guilty verdict by asking a US appeals court “to rewrite” the domestic bribery statute he was convicted of violating, the DOJ has said.
