DOJ publishes new FCPA opinion after long hiatus

The Justice Department has released its first response to a company question about FCPA enforcement policy in six years. “It will be interesting to see if the recent opinion release will lead to a broader resurgence in the use of the opinion procedure,” said one ex-prosecutor.
