DOJ official discusses how to address compliance budget challenges

Companies considering compliance cuts during the pandemic should think carefully about how they do it, a DOJ official said. “It shouldn't just be reflexive that a 10% cut in the sales force means that there's going to be a 10% cut in compliance,” the official said.
