DOJ Fires Back Over Haitian Prime Minister's Statements in Miami FCPA Case

Prosecutors said in a court filing that a document signed by Haitian Prime Minister Jean Max Bellerive and obtained by the defendants, would not have helped the defendants' case because a second document signed by Bellerive and obtained by the Justice Department clarified Bellerive's position.
