DOJ eyes facilitators as PDVSA bribery probe advances

A federal court in Houston has unsealed an indictment that reveals bribery-related charges against the former president of Bariven and two Swiss wealth management officials. The indictment also describes how foreign banks and unnamed law firms were used in the scheme.
