DOJ could encourage more voluntary disclosure, McFadden says

The Department of Justice is reviewing whether its Foreign Corrupt Practices Act pilot programme can be tweaked to encourage more self-reporting, acting principal deputy assistant attorney general Trevor McFadden said in a speech.
