DC federal judge calls GM ignition switch deal 'shocking' use of corporate DPA

U.S District Judge Emmet Sullivan's comments on the General Motors agreement came in an unrelated case involving allegations of government contracting bribery. In an order approving deferred prosecution agreements for Saena Tech Corp. and Intelligent Decisions Inc., Sullivan also mused about the court's role, "if any, in whether the DPA should be approved at all."
