Cross-examination of diplomat ‘bordering on harassment’, say prosecutors

A Manhattan judge warned the lead defence counsel for a Chinese businessman on trial for foreign bribery that his cross-examination of the US government’s key witness had gone on for so long, he was at risk of “losing the jury.”
