Court Asked To Dismiss Former Teva Employee Whistleblower Protection Claims

In a partial motion to dismiss Teva’s attorneys write that former associate finance director Keisha Hall, fails to qualify for 2010 Dodd-Frank Act anti-retaliation protections and Florida state whistleblower protections.
