Comverse Finds 'Material Weakness' in FCPA Compliance

More than a year after paying $2.8 million to resolve a foreign bribery prosecution by U.S. authorities, the New York-based commercial billing software company Comverse Technology Inc. announced Thursday it had found a "weakness" in its in-house anti-corruption program.
