CFIUS deal allows Ralls Corp to sell disputed wind farm properties

Heralding the deal as favorable, Ralls Corp. on Thursday Nov. 4 said it would be allowed to proceed with the sale of four Oregon wind-farm properties to a third-party purchaser that the U.S. had previously objected to.
