Ceresney: Self-reporting now prerequisite for DPA, NPA

Speaking at the American Conference Institute's 32nd annual Foreign Corrupt Practices Act conference in New Harbor, Md., SEC Enforcement Division director Andrew Ceresney said that the agency has made self-reporting a prerequisite for deferred and non-prosecution agreements.
