Caldwell: Yates memo doesn't bar internal interviews

Responding to questions at the American Conference Institute's 32nd annual International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in National Harbor, Md., today, Caldwell said she personally believes the government shouldn't bar companies from interviewing "large swaths of people."
