Breuer Sidesteps Criticism of Closed-door Conferences

The editor of a corporate crime newsletter, Russell Mokhiber, asked Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer at a press conference today whether the media should be allowed to cover the remarks of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutors who speak at pricey legal conferences.
