Another SDNY Judge Rules For SEC's Whistleblower Interpretation

U.S. District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin in Manhattan said the 2010 financial reform law protects employees from workplace retaliation even if they haven't reported suspected securities law violations to the SEC itself.
