Analysis of Brazil's New Clean Companies Act

Covington & Burling LLP on Aug. 12, 2013 published an advisory on Brazil's new anti-corruption law, which for the first time subjects domestic companies and foreign entities with a registered office in Brazil to civil and administrative sanctions for bribing either Brazilian or foreign officials.
