9th Circuit Rehearing Denied in Greens' Bangkok Bribery Case

Setting up a possible appeal before the Supreme Court, federal appeals judges in California on Wednesday refused to reconsider a recent decision upholding a restitution order against Hollywood producers convicted of bribing a Thai official.
