Jason Jeffrey Rose
Jason Rose is a senior counsel with the SEC’s FCPA unit in Fort Worth, Texas.
Rose joined the SEC in 2003, after first working in the business litigation practice of Winstead Sechrest & Minick, a Dallas-based law firm.
Rose worked on the SEC investigation into seven oil services and freight forwarding companies accused of bribing foreign customs officials. In 2010, the companies, including Panalpina, Transocean and Royal Dutch Shell, agreed to pay hundreds of millions of dollars to the SEC and Justice Department to resolve FCPA charges.
