Iraq attempt to sue companies for frustrating oil-for-food programme rejected
The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has dismissed Iraq’s lawsuit against over 80 companies for allegedly paying kickbacks to Saddam Hussain as they took part in the UN’s oil-for-food programme.
