Embraer settlement could pave the way for Brazil-style monitorships

Following aerospace company Embraer’s foreign bribery resolutions, Brazilian lawyers welcomed the prospect of monitorships in future settlement agreements but cautioned that the country would need new laws to govern such measures before they can become standard practice.
