DOJ to pay prosecutors’ legal fees in a policy violation case
The US Department of Justice has been ordered to pay legal fees for federal prosecutors who successfully challenged its 2012 decision to suspend them for withholding exculpatory evidence in a failed corruption case against Senator Ted Stevens.
