Victor Radnaev, PhD, is counsel at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev and Partners. He specialises in cases considered at international arbitration and in Russian courts, as well as on coordination of cross-border litigations.   

Victor has an experience in arbitrations under the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, the LMAA Terms and the SCC Rules, as well as in coordinating of legal proceedings in the UK, the USA and other countries.  

In addition, Victor advises on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Russia.    

Prior to joining Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev and Partners, Victor worked as a lawyer at Russian law firm and advised clients on cross-border litigations.

Victor graduated cum laude from the Buryat State University in 2002, and in 2007 obtained his PhD degree at the Law School of Moscow State University. Victor is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
