Tim Lee is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington, DC, office and a member of the government and international trade practices. Tim focuses on a wide range of international trade matters, including foreign investment reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, foreign anti-corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) investigations, export controls, economic sanctions issues, antidumping and anti-subsidy (countervailing duties) investigations, and customs-related matters. In addition to his private practice, Tim’s pro bono practice focuses on immigration cases, including representing asylum applicants in immigration court.
