Timo Bühler advises domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, insurance companies and asset managers on regulatory and compliance issues in relation to strategic matters. His fields of experience include internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, financial restructurings and capital market transactions. Timo also represents financial institutions in proceedings before financial supervisory authorities and other enforcement agencies and advises on ensuing legal disputes, notably in the context of directors’ liability.
Timo studied at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and at the Heidelberg University. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018. Timo is a member of the lawyers alumni Würzburg. He speaks German and English.
