Sourabh Rath

Sourabh is a counsel at Trilegal and part of the firm’s dispute resolution and white-collar crime and investigations practice. He advises and represents clients in white-collar crime matters, as well as complex and high-value commercial disputes. He has advised and represented clients before international arbitration tribunals as well as all major forums in India including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and the National Company Law Tribunal. He has significant experience in regulatory and internal corporate investigations, having led various cross-border, multi-jurisdictional internal investigations involving anti-bribery laws, money laundering laws, corporate fraud and corporate governance matters.
