Sharon Yang

Sharon Yang is an associate in DaHui’s dispute resolution team. She is experienced in handling a wide range of commercial disputes with a focus on cross-border arbitration. She has represented clients in international arbitrations under HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, CIETAC and SHIAC rules seated in Hong Kong, Singapore, England and Wales and the PRC.

Sharon is admitted to practise law in PRC. She holds two LLM degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and Tsinghua University School of Law, majoring respectively in international economic law and international arbitration and dispute resolution. She also holds an LLB degree from Tsinghua University.
