Sergio Tálamo joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2003 and is a member of the banking and finance practice. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2003 and later completed a master’s degree in finance and business law at the same university. In 2017, he worked as a foreign associate at the New York offices of Linklaters LLP.
Sergio specialises in capital markets and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in syndicated and bilateral loans and other financings, and public offerings of negotiable obligations and financial trusts. In recent years, he has participated in more than 20 transactions, including syndicated loans granted by prestigious international and local financial institutions. He also has experience in trusts and has recently advised on the creation of several financial trusts.
He has published several articles and books on capital markets and financial trusts.
