Sebastian Lach, a partner at Hogan Lovells, handles compliance and investigation issues. He has advised various clients on the creation of global compliance systems. He has successfully advised on criminal matters (e.g., bribery, fraud, embezzlement) and internal investigations relating to more than 50 countries worldwide. Throughout his career, he has handled more than 20 multi-jurisdictional investigations for mostly Fortune 500 and DAX 30 clients. Sebastian heads the German IWCF (investigations white collar and fraud) practice and is a member of Hogan Lovells’ global IWCF steering committee with responsibility for Continental Europe and the Middle East.
