Richard Hodge advises clients on internal investigations and multi-jurisdictional regulatory investigations. He has particular experience of matters within the banking and financial services sector. Richard has been ranked in Chambers UK as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in both the 2015 and 2016 editions, in particular in recognition for his work in the field of banking litigation. Richard also has particular expertise in legal privilege in the investigations field, having acted for a major UK bank in a recent High Court claim concerning Libor, which gave rise to several significant privilege judgments.
