Rachel Wolkinson

Rachel Wolkinson is a partner in the white-collar defence and government investigations group. She focuses on complex litigation matters, including securities litigation and investigations, shareholder class actions, and derivative litigation and civil enforcement proceedings. She also has represented companies in anti-corruption investigations due diligence and has advised companies on the development of US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance programmes.

Rachel represents clients in many industries, including financial institutions, and energy and technology companies. In addition, Rachel has represented many clients pro bono in the areas of Social Security disability benefits, asylum and family custody disputes. While at law school, Rachel was a summer intern for the late Judge David G Trager of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
