Prerna is an associate at Trilegal and part of the firm’s disputes practice. She holds expertise in managing a diverse practice portfolio while specialising in general commercial litigation, company law-related disputes and white-collar crime defence matters.
Prerna has practiced before various forums such as the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, CBI Special Courts, various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
As part of her work, Prerna has advised on anti-bribery compliance and diligence aspects in case of investments in Indian companies. She has also worked on litigations involving white-collar crime defence and general commercial litigation. She previously worked in the niche area of non-contentious insurance.
