Philipp von Holst (LLM, NYU) is an international counsel in the white-collar and regulatory defence group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, based in the Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on white-collar crime and internal investigations, compliance with corrupt practices legislation, conducting compliance assessments and creating and implementing compliance programmes. Mr von Holst also focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions as a member of the firm’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Mr von Holst is admitted to the Frankfurt Bar and the New York Bar.
