Pavlo is a head of the firm's international arbitration and cross-border litigation practices.

For the past decade or more Pavlo has focused on investment, commercial and energy-related disputes, and has successfully represented clients as counsel in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in Ukraine and abroad under variety of arbitration rules as well as in complex transboundary litigation cases before Ukrainian courts, including the Ukraine’s Supreme Court. 

He has considerable experience in proceedings on setting aside international arbitral awards and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Ukraine, and assisting in enforcing Ukrainian judgments abroad. Also Mr Byelousov regularly acts as an arbitrator in international arbitrations and was included in the list of arbitrators recommended by the ICAC Ukraine.
