Paul Peterson is a partner in BDO’s global forensic practice and focuses on fraud investigations, global anti-corruption, export controls, litigation support and consulting services related to anti-fraud programmes and compliance. He has subject-matter expertise in the area of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and global anti-corruption and has in-country forensic experience in 24 countries including a three-year secondment in China. he has managed forensic and compliance projects remotely in an additional 11 countries.

Paul has eight years of experience as an auditor and has been named as an expert witness in state court. From both an audit and investigatory perspective, Paul has worked with company management and executives, ethics and compliance departments, internal audit departments, internal and external counsel, audit committees and government regulators.
