Paul Brabant is a director in the London office of AlixPartners’ information management practice. He has over 20 years of experience in data analysis and management in litigation, arbitration, and civil and criminal investigations. Paul acquired a broad range of experience working as a litigation lawyer, a product manager at a software development firm specialising in electronic discovery, an executive at a leading global legal technology services provider, and currently as a consultant to global companies. Paul lived and worked in New York City, Washington, DC, Paris and London.Paul has enabled global corporations and law firms to enhance their legal process through the integration of technology to manage electronic discovery, claims management, the processing of transactional, chat, and audio data, and technology-assisted legal review. In his professional engagements, Paul has managed high-value, multi-year litigation and investigation projects requiring data management across the world, including North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has also enforced compliance with local data protection laws by defining required legal processes for individual countries in Europe and Asia, and coordinating concurrent in-country legal reviews using a combination of local data centres and mobile review platforms.Paul earned a Juris Doctor with distinction from American University’s Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations with a concentration in economics from the George Washington University. He was admitted to practise before the New York and District of Columbia bars. Paul speaks English, French and Spanish.
